Return and Refund Policy

At Helena’s Artisan Boutique, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade creations. Your satisfaction is very important to us!  If there is ever an issue with an item, we always want to have the opportunity to make it right for you.

Please review our return and refund policy below:  

• Damaged or Defective Items
  If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at christina@helenasartisan.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
   
• Standard (Non-Custom) Items
  Returns and exchanges are accepted on non-custom, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.
   

• Due to the handmade nature of our work and the unique personalization involved, all custom and personalized items are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun unless the item arrives damaged.  
   

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
