At Helena’s Artisan Boutique, every handmade piece is created with love, and our curated items are thoughtfully selected to bring comfort and joy. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Handmade Items
Because our handmade items are made in small batches (and often made just for you), all handmade sales are final.
If your handmade item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Curated (Non-Handmade) Items
Curated items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’ll cover it.
If the return is simply a change of mind, we’ll work with you to make the return as easy as possible.
